Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Heysaber. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. You can return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
These are the standard return policies of heysaber.com and apply only to products you purchase directly from the Heysaber.com website. All returns must be officially approved.
Defective or Broken Sabers
We take responsibility for our sabers. If you receive a defective or broken product, please send us an email with clear photos and videos of the product within 30 days of receiving the product and we will immediately initiate a replacement of the required parts. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the customer does not wish to receive a replacement part.
Wrong Sabers We take full responsibility for wrong orders. We will pay for the return shipping and will fully refund or resend the order with the correct product. In some cases, a refund can only be made partially (if possible) upon return of the item. The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons that are not our fault. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Never delivered
If your order is not delivered within the stipulated time and the tracking does not work or the tracking is stuck in the same status for more than 10 days, please send an email to sales@heysaber.com and we will make sure the order is delivered to your doorstep.
Don't like the item you received
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased or no longer want the item for personal reasons, you can request a return within the stipulated period after purchase. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and instructions. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days and we will process your refund. Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

2. Send back the return.
After sending the return, please note that the returned goods must come with the original packaging, accessories and the delivery address of Heysaber.com Customer Service Center.
Note: Please provide the tracking number of the return. Heysaber.com is not responsible for any lost returns.
3. Get a replacement or refund.
Heysaber will arrange to resend or refund after receiving your return package within 1-3 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
Returns
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We only replace defective or damaged merchandise. Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
