Welcome to heysaber! We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy for terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipment.
Custom Orders: Custom or Personalized Lightsabers cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Email service@heysaber.com and provide your order number and cancellation request.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with details about the cancellation status.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

4. Cancellation Fees

Depending on the timing and nature of your cancellation, the following fees may apply:
Standard Orders: Fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cancelled after this period but before shipment incur a $20 restocking fee.
Custom Orders: Custom or Personalized Orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you once the process is complete.
Please note that PayPal fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable!

We reserve the right to update or modify our cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and we encourage you to check back regularly.
